This past Saturday, Krishna Das led a workshop with Sharon Salzberg and Dr. Mark Epstein for the first time. The words, meditation, and chants led us along the paths to our hearts, which could have stretched out forever if the afternoon had enough hours. We hope to get them together again in future for a longer day-long or perhaps weekend retreat to continue our exploration of the Platform of Joy.
During this amazing inauguration week, Krishna Das sets out on the snowy trail through New England and into Canada. See details in the Tour Schedule below.
