A retreat with Krishna Das allows participants to delve deeper into the practice of Kirtan—Chanting "The Name". The Workshops are segments of the program with Krishna Das in which he shares his own experiences about the spiritual path. The workshop includes ample time for question and answers and more chanting. Yoga asana classes provide an opportunity to prepare the body for sitting and chanting. The practice of chanting the "Hanuman Chalisa" helps participants to connect with the spiritual aspects of Service and Devotion, as personified by Lord Hanuman.

The tuition cost for the weekend retreat is $150 per person which includes:
  • Kirtans (2-2.5 hr) and 2 (3 hr) Workshops with Krishna Das
  • All level yoga asana classes with Genevieve Walker
  • Sessions of group chanting of the "Hanuman Chalisa" lead by Nina Rao
* you will make your own accommodation and meal arrangements

* we are not opening up the events separately at this time. If there are any spaces left closer to the retreat date some individual events may be purchased at that time/

Some good information:
Breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and drinks will be available for purchase at the Temple Canteen. The Temple is also 5 minutes from two large shopping plazas with an array of supermarkets and restaurants at the intersection of Tuskawilla Road and Red Bug Lake Road in Winter Springs. Ample free parking is available at the temple.

Free optional tours of the Hindu Temple will be available throughout the weekend.

Bring your yoga mats, blankets and cushions for yoga practice and floor seating during kirtan and workshop. Chairs will be available.
